We are currently recruiting in the area of organisational learning and development and professional practice to support the evolution and impact of our teaching, research and knowledge exchange activities.

The Person

Your area of expertise will be in the broad area of organisational learning and development, and professional practice, with an interest in future work, coaching and mentoring, digital learning, people management and the future of work. You will be bringing both an experienced practitioner and an eence-based approach to the work of a Business School.

We are particularly keen to speak with colleagues who have expertise and ambitions in L&D, HR, data science, as well as those whose interests are focused on the impact of technological innovation in the workplace.

Due to the applied nature of your work, you will have a strong focus on external engagement, especially in an organisational, or work context. You will also care deeply about the success of our diverse students and are driven by continuous improvement and innovation.

Your values will mean you see success as a result of working within a team, as well as through collaborating with the world oute of academia. You will be proactive and be prepared to experiment and challenge yourself and others, and you will be open to and motivated by working in partnership with students, clients, and the localmunity.

If you haven’t already achieved the relevant level of UKPSF recognition, we’ll need you to do so before the end of your probation period.

The Faculty of Business and Social Sciencesbines Kingston Business School and the School of Law, Social and Behavioural Sciences. Further information

This is a part time, permanent position with a starting salary of £25,912.20 per annum 60% pro rata to £43,187 per annum.
