A leading global investment management firm is seeking a senior legal leader to head its Board & Governance Legal Services function across Europe. With operations spanning the UK, Ireland and Germany, this is a high-impact role advising multiple boards and supporting a mission focused on long-term investor success. You will lead a team delivering governance and company secretarial support across several regulated entities, working closely with senior executives and independent directors.
\n\nThe role combines strategic legal advisory with oversight of board operations, ensuring strong governance frameworks, regulatory support and high-quality stakeholder engagement.
