Your new role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key point of contact for a fast-moving Digital practice group and an emerging AI team across the UK and EMEA. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide proactive, commercial HR guidance across the full generalist remit, balancing day-to-day operational support with change and improvement activity. You will lead on employee relations cases, support managers with performance and wellbeing matters, and ensure a consistent, high-quality people experience across the business. This is a broad, visible role, partnering with a range of teams including People Operations, Recruitment and Learning and Development, and you will also contribute to projects that help shape how the function supports growth in digital and AI.
