An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious lawyer to join a leading City firm in its highly ranked Trade Marks team. The team advises a diverse client base, from private individuals through to international businesses, across sectors including consumer goods, technology, life sciences, fashion, hospitality and the creative industries.
This is a newly created position, reflecting the continued growth of the practice, and offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of trade mark protection, portfolio management and enforcement matters.
Working closely with senior lawyers and other members of the wider IP and Commercial team, the successful candidate will have significant responsibility for their own matters while continuing to develop their technical expertise and client relationships.
Experience required:
- Be a qualified trade mark attorney (2+ PQE)
- Have experience within a well-regarded trade mark practice
- Have hands-on experience managing a varied trade mark portfolio
- Have exposure to transactional and licensing work
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
