Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for contract lawyers, is seeking high-calibre general commercial lawyers for a range of interim assignments. As a Re:link consultant, you will deliver high-quality legal advice and support to Linklaters’ clients, with a particular focus on commercial contracts. You will work on diverse projects, helping businesses manage complex legal risks and find practical solutions.
We are looking for lawyers with UK experience, ideally gained in top-tier law firms or inhouse, who can demonstrate:
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience advising on contract management and dispute resolution
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property rights and related matters
- A solid understanding of data protection, including compliance with United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- At least three years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
