Residential Support Worker Location: Dromore Salary: £30,000 £34,000 per year Are you a Residential Support Worker? Ready to join a small, 2-bedded childrens home based in Dromore? This is a lovely, homely service that provides high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and nurturing environment. Whats on offer: £30,000 £34,000 (depending on experience) Private healthcare Enhanced pension scheme Double time over the Christmas period Paid sleep-ins Supportive management and close-knit team Ongoing training and career development opportunities Shift pattern: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week or 1 x 24-hour shift + 1 x 12-hour shift (sleep-in included and paid) The role: Youll be working directly with young people, supporting their emotional, social and day-to-day needs.
