Overview: Full time, Part time or Job Share Permanent Contract - 36.75 Hours per week Up to £33,000 per annum+ Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday B&Q Newry

What's the job?: A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Trading Team Manager is to create a truly inclusive high performing team to deliver an exceptional service for our customers in store. In this role you will:

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.


• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.


• Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count
