We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across several Northern Trust Adult Centre locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in peoples lives while working in a rewarding and supportive environment.
?? Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
?? Pay Frequency: Weekly
?? Contract: Minimum 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension

Ballymena George Sloan Centre
Carrickfergus Hawthornes Adult Centre
Newtownabbey - Drumross Adult Centre
Larne Adult Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am 3:30pm ideal for maintaining a great work-life balance.
About the Role: As a Support Worker within the Adult Centre setting, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Encouraging independence and personal development Supporting individuals with daily living activities Assisting with engaging activities and planned community day trips Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive environment This role is perfect for individuals who are caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting others to achieve their full potential.
