Your role:

You will be responsible for managing the full end to end recruitment process, acting as a trusted advisor to both your clients and candidates.

You'll do this by:

• Making outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers
• Sourcing, screening and recruiting specialist cloud tech candidates for your clients
• Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback
• Working to daily targets and KPIs

• Experience working in a fast paced, customer centric environment - retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales (for example, but not limited to).
