WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 1 year + breakfast service chef experience at quality level
• Good level of English
• Understanding of early morning kitchen operation
• Ability to handle a fast paced kitchen environment
• Understanding of section ordering, stock control and efficient set up for the day
