About Flightstory

FlightStory is a media and investment company, and our mission is to elevate the stories, build the communities, and invest in visionary entrepreneurs contributing to a happier, healthier humanity.

Your Mission

The Junior Innovator supports the discovery, testing, and application of emerging ideas, technologies, and methods that drive innovation across FlightStory. Embedded within the FlightX Innovation Team, this role explores opportunities across creative, operational, and strategic domains—experimenting with tools, processes, and approaches that keep FlightStory ahead of the curve. This is a hands‑on, fast‑learning position for someone curious, proactive, and eager to turn “what’s next” into something real.

Day to Day
  • Identify and research emerging trends, tools, and technologies across creative, operational, and business domains.
  • Design and run small‑scale experiments that validate new ideas, workflows, or technologies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, operational, and strategic teams to bring experimental concepts to life.
  • Document and share insights, turning test results into practical recommendations and inspiration.
  • Stay plugged into cultural, technological, and media innovation that could shape FlightStory’s future.
  • Support the scaling of successful experiments from pilot phase to implementation.
We’re Looking For
  • Curiosity & Research Mindset – Proactively seeks out new ideas and trends with a drive to understand emerging possibilities.
  • Experimental Thinking – Embraces testing, iteration, and learning from both successes and failures.
  • Creative & Strategic Translation – Connects innovation to real‑world creative, operational, or commercial value.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Works well across teams, contributing ideas and clearly sharing outcomes.
  • Cultural Awareness – Tuned into shifts in technology, consumer behaviour, and creative culture.
  • Adaptability – Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment with a strong appetite for learning.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You’re endlessly curious, culturally connected, and passionate about shaping what’s next.
  • You may have early experience in innovation, media, strategy, or design—but more importantly you think experimentally and aren’t afraid to get hands‑on.
  • You’re excited by emerging tech and trends, love running creative tests, and know how to make insights actionable.
  • You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly.
What Success Looks Like
  • Within 6–12 months, you’ll have contributed to multiple experiments that uncover new possibilities for FlightStory.
  • You’ll have surfaced actionable insights that influenced creative or strategic decisions, helped pilot new tools or workflows, and collaborated effectively across teams.
  • You’ll be seen as a go‑to resource for innovation thinking and trend scanning across the company.
