An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing professional services firm in a commercially focused role. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial insight, challenge and support to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operational and finance leaders to support commercial decision-making
Prepare monthly management accounts, performance reports and financial commentary
Analyse financial results, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Support and challenge business performance through meaningful financial insight
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning
Monitor performance against budgets and recommend actions to improve results
Work with wider finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Support strategic projects, business improvements and other commercial initiatives

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills
Confident influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
