Job Title: Senior Claims Advocate – US Property
Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days in office typical, flexible working options available)
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 DOE

Role Summary:
You’ll join a well-respected claims team managing complex and high-value US Property claims. This is a client-facing, technical role that blends deep policy analysis with insurer engagement and advocacy. With support from a hands-on manager and a strong team culture, the role suits someone with ambition, humility, and a drive to grow - either stepping into seniority or looking to bring their experience into a people-first firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-value US Property claims end-to-end: Deliver best-in-market client outcomes
Analyse coverage and manage insurer negotiations: Add value through strategic policy insight
Present claims data to clients and insurers: Support renewals and portfolio oversight
Collaborate with broking and accounting teams: Maintain a joined-up, client-centric approach
Build and maintain insurer and client relationships: Elevate the firm's standing and influence
Track and report complex cases to management: Ensure visibility and timely resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience managing US Property claims, ideally high-value/complex
Technical understanding of policy coverage and negotiation points
ACII / DIP CII qualified or working towards
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Background in insurance, broking, legal or adjusting environments
