\n\n Location: Na h-Eileanan , Castlebay, HS9 5XD\n
\n\n Pay: £14.48 per hour\n
\n\n Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time\n
\n\n Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either, Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.\n

\n As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.\n
