About the role Business Support Coordinator will ensure all building records are up to date, the building is compliant, ensure the building is to a professional level of housekeeping and HSEQ standards. The business support coordinator would support the project team with raising POs, PPE etc. They will be carryout stock checks on stationary to ensure we have availability of stock, and its issue is recorded. They will act as front of house reception leader. Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about maintaining high standards? In this rewarding position, youll make sure our building records are always up to date, compliance is maintained, and our facilities reflect exemplary levels of housekeeping and HSEQ standards. As the go-to support for our project teams, youll assist with raising purchase orders and managing personal protective equipment, as well as conducting regular stationary stock checks to guarantee availability and accurate record-keeping. Youll also be the welcoming face at our front-of-house reception, providing a first-class service for visitors and colleagues alike. What will your day look like Process and manage purchase orders, P-Card payments, and procurement of PPE, stationery, and other supplies, ensuring timely forwarding to vendors and accurate record-keeping. Coordinate training bookings and maintain updated training records and certificates in shared files for easy access. Arrange traffic management for operational teams and handle general office duties such as answering phones and controlling office stationery supplies. Manage cleaning supplier relationships, ensure prompt review and exchange of non-compliant services, and oversee day-to-day building compliance and required inspections. Assist the contract team in preparing design submissions, placing purchase orders, and compiling handover documentation.
