The Role

The school is seeking an experienced and highly organised Pastoral Manager to lead and coordinate student support systems across a designated year group or key stage.

The Pastoral Manager will work closely with teachers, senior leaders, parents, and external agencies to support student wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading pastoral support for a designated cohort of students
  • Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing data
  • Supporting students facing academic, behavioural, or personal challenges
  • Working closely with teaching staff to support student progress
  • Communicating regularly with parents and carers regarding student wellbeing
  • Coordinating interventions to support students who require additional support
  • Supporting behaviour management strategies across the school
