Job Description Autism Practitioner (Support Workers) - Clannalba Autism Practitioners (Support Workers) Full time & Part Time positions available - flexibility within contracted hours for suitable candidates. Opportunity to progress to £14.31 at your own pace. Pay detail is inclusive of Rural Allowance. We're currently recruiting Autism Practitioners to support autistic adults at our Clannalba service. You'll be working alongside individuals with a wide range of interests, strengths, and support needs - helping them to live fulfilling lives in a way that works for them. About You We're looking for caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals who can follow the lead of the people they support. If you have a laid-back attitude, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for supporting others, you could be a great fit for this rewarding role. Motivated to be a part of someone's life, actively looking for ways to support them to reach their goals and aspirations. Interested in supporting holistic wellbeing, including getting outdoors & close to nature Able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning to enhance the lives of those we support. Typical Shift Patterns include: 07:45-15:00 | 14:30-21:45 You'll ideally work two weekends per month, giving you a great balance of structure and flexibility.
