Working Pattern: Core working hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm

Who are you?Newcross Healthcare is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Director to lead our South East region.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, workforce optimisation, and exceptional client service across a multi-site healthcare staffing operation.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team,
you will translate business strategy into regional action plans, lead high-performing teams, and ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes for clients, healthcare professionals, and the wider business.
What will you do?Leadership & PerformanceYou will be an accomplished operational leader with experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams within healthcare, staffing, or a similar ervice-led environment.
