To be an Honest General Manager you'll be hands on, working closely with your kitchen, Head Chef and wider management team to ensure as a team you meet our Honest KPI’s, standards and efficiency. In addition you'll put your teams happiness and welfare up there as a priority.
We want you to help generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on your team, the areas and of course our guests.
As a General Manager you will be reporting to Operations Manager and you will create strong, professional relationships with other restaurant’s teams as well the Prep Kitchen & Support Office team.
