Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.
This isnt just a jobits about building relationships, creating moments that matter, and helping people feel valued every single day.
As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
This post is for Relief/ Bank staff working on a casual as and when required basis to cover absence.
What youll be doingSupporting residents with personal care and daily routines
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity
Assisting with meals, activities, and wellbeing
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
You dont need to have worked in care before (although its great if you have). What really matters is who you are:

Working pattern
Youll work on a two-week rolling rota:
Week 1: 4 days
Week 2: 2 days
12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
For many of our residents, youll be the person who brightens their day, supports them through challenges, and helps them feel safe, respected, and valued. Thats a big responsibilitybut also an incredibly rewarding one.
