Role Overview: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training. This includes: Mandatory inductions and updates Practical skill assessments Ensuring colleagues are up to date and knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care
The successful candidate will be based in the Oxford area and will be expected to travel to Active Care Group sites and training venues within an approximate 100-mile radius including overnight stop overs.

What you'll be working:
The standard working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
We understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
What you'll have:
Training qualification i.e. Teaching & Assessing award L3, Mentorship award, Moving and Handling Trainer and/or Assessor, or willing to work towards.
Minimum of 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care.
Experience working with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions.
Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (travel may include overnight stays).
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
