Our Swimming Assistants are a vital part of our team. They work with the leadteacherto make sure everyone is safe and having fun during swimming activities.

You will need to hold a level one swimming qualification and have proof of continued professional development.

As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
