About the Role
As a Social Worker within the Children in Care team, you'll manage a caseload of looked-after children, ensuring their care plans are robust, child-focused, and deliver positive long-term outcomes.
You'll work closely with foster carers, families, and multi-agency partners to provide stability and support for children in care, helping them thrive in safe and nurturing environments.
About You
