Job Overview:As a Sales Assistant at Autoever Limited you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience when purchasing their next vehicle. This role involves a combination of customer service, administrative duties, and sales support, making it an ideal position for someone passionate about Sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

Welcome customers to the dealership and assist them in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.

Provide detailed information about our inventory, including vehicle features, history, and pricing.

Assist customers through the purchasing process, including arranging test drives, answering questions, and guiding them through financing options.

• Sales Support:

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our current inventory, including new arrivals and special offers.

Assist in the preparation and presentation of vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are clean and well-displayed.

Help to organize promotional events and marketing activities to attract new customers.

• Administrative Duties:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Assist with paperwork and documentation required for vehicle sales, including processing sales agreements and financing paperwork.

Keep accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for managing documents, tracking sales data, and communication.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge.

Support other team members during busy periods, ensuring smooth operation of the dealership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• A valid UK driving license is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends

Pay: £24,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
