Hiring: Supervisor / Barista at Tokyo Bagel (Waterloo, London)

Location: Waterloo, London

Hours: Full-time 40-45 Per week

Tokyo Bagel is a Japanese-inspired bagel café in the heart of London. We serve high-quality Japanese-style bagel sandwiches, specialty coffee, and unique pastries. As we continue to grow, were looking for a passionate and experienced Supervisor/Barista to join our team

What Youll Do

Lead & support the team - Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.Prepare exceptional coffee & drinks - Operate our espresso machine and maintain high barista standards.Customer experience - Provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere.Maintain quality control - Ensure food and drinks meet our high standards.

Stock & inventory management - Monitor supplies and assist in ordering.Handle basic admin tasks - Assist with shift planning and daily reporting.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience as a barista or supervisor in a café or coffee shop.Passion for coffee & food - We serve specialty coffee and unique bagelsLeadership skills - Ability to guide and support the team.Strong communication & problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Right to work in the UK.
