Regular team sports, wellbeing events and team socialsA friendly, active, and supportive culture About the Bike Mechanic role:Youll carry out high-quality repairs, servicing and maintenance - mostly bikes, but other sporting products too. Youll diagnose faults, recommend solutions, and deliver brilliant customer service.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, customer-focused workshop. Sustainability is at the heart of the role. Youll help extend the life of bikes and products through repair, recycling and reuse - making sport more affordable and reducing waste.

Key responsibilities: Mechanical and electrical bike repairs

Fault diagnosis and technical problem-solving

Supporting product recycling and reuse goals

Customer service and in-person advice

Stock control and workshop organisation

Using workshop systems and keeping accurate records

Learning new skills and supporting the wider team

What were looking for:A passion for bikes, cycling or sport

Experience with bike servicing - Cytech Level 2 or similar is a bonusA great communicator who enjoys working with peopleA problem solver who enjoys fixing things and finding solutions

Comfortable using IT systems to manage stock and repairs

Someone who cares about sustainability and making a positive impact

An interest in other sports or multisport repair is welcome but not essential
