Job OverviewResidential Building Surveyor - Consultancy 50/50 split - MRICS / FRICS - Home working - Hiring in South West/West London

Dynamic Chartered Surveying practice seeking for an experienced building surveying to undertake mainly RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys on consultancy agreement, with the benefit of flexibility and autonomy of working hours.

Market leading fee splits and the potential to integrate into the business on a full time basis or as a equity director is available for the right person, with the business looking to expand.

Ideally you will have your own PI but if you need to work under ours, we are open to discussing this as an option.

Offering:

• 50/50 split, L2 and L3 work
• Their average turnaround time is five working days for L2 and for L3.
• For technology, they use Go Report for reporting and drones to assist on site when required.
• Minimum fee is £600 (£300 split) per survey
• Bookings and administration is handled so that the candidate would only be responsible for the inspection, report and any follow up queries/calls with the client(s)
• Training on Valuation and Party Wall services offered if the candidate is interested.
