Consulting Project Director

About the RolenWe are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our clients fast-growing ServiceNow practice. This is a key leadership role where youll be responsible for the successful delivery of complex ServiceNow projects within a professional services environment. You will oversee the full lifecycle of engagements while playing a pivotal role in shaping the way projects are governed and executed across the function.

This role is suited to someone who combines structured delivery experience with strong stakeholder leadership and a continuous improvement mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery across multiple client engagementsn

Oversee and coordinate project teams, including Business Analysts and Project ManagersnDefine and implement structured project delivery frameworks aligned with client and organisational standardsn

Establish and maintain governance practices to ensure quality, consistency, and timely deliveryn

Work across methodologies including Prince2, Agile, and Waterfall, applying the right approach for each engagementn

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecyclen

Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes, tools, and team performancen

Support the growth and capability development of the wider project and business analysis function

Skills & Experience✅ Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects within a professional services or consulting environmentn✅ Strong leadership and people management experience - ideally leading PMs and BAs across engagementsn✅ In-depth understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance structuresn✅ Experience across delivery methodologies: Prince2, Agile, and Waterfalln✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skillsn✅ Ability to define, develop, and roll out delivery best practices across teamsn✅ Strong commercial awareness and ability to align delivery with business outcomes
