Machine Operative - Dalkeith Rotating Shifts: Days, Backs & Nights Mon - Fri 8-hour shifts Up to £14.32 per hour STEM Recruitment Solutions are recruiting Machine Operatives for our client based in Dalkeith. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing team operating on a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities: Operate converting machinery including waxers, slitters, and laminators Handle and manoeuvre reels using lifting equipment Load parent reels and unload finished goods Monitor work-in-progress, remove defects, and re-splice as required Perform quality checks (e.g., glue/wax weights, slitting tolerances) Quarantine non-conforming products and complete relevant paperwork Carry out weekly machine safety and cleaning checks Accurately enter production data into system STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
