Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our pub kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes with attention to detail

- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards

- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely

- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service

- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
