About the Role Were looking for a proactive and people-centric Customer Success Manager to join us on a freelance basis.

Youll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from first contact through long-term partnership.

This includes onboarding new clients, delivering product demos, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our impact.

Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding through ongoing success Conduct engaging demos and training sessions to showcase the Neuroworx platform Act as the main point of contact for client communications and support Monitor client health and proactively address any issues or concerns Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback informs product development Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives Help refine and improve our customer experience processes as we scale Ideal Background 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment-related industries is a strong plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Comfortable running product demos and training remotely Tech-savvy and adaptable in fast-moving startup environments Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability What We Offer Flexible, remote freelance role $1,500/month base compensation Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential The opportunity to work with a cutting-edge product in the future of work Autonomy and the ability to help shape how we engage and grow with our customers
