English Tutor

A well reputed tutoring college located in Birmingham, specialising in mathematics, English and science. We are looking for English tutor who have great expertise of teaching in their chosen subject, and are hardworking, dynamic, organised. The tutor must have the following the following qualification and skills:

· Degree holder in relevant subject with 2- 3 years of experience in teaching GCSE and A level English

· Excellent control and passionate about the subject

· Ability to deliver high standard knowledge, inspire and motivate students

· Excellent lesson planning, develops related teaching material and home work to engage student in learning at college and home

· Excellent classroom management skills

· Highly organised and flexible

Required hours of work will be between Sundays 12-6pm - primary/secondary level

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To teach relevant as and when required
• To keep up-to-date all academic forms and student records
• To assist with periodic, term and placement tests
• To complete academic administration in a timely manner
• To attend all relevant meetings
• To ensure you adequately prepare for all teaching sessions
• To maintain proper levels of student discipline, safety and welfare
• To participate in social activities as and when required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour

• Every weekend

• Bachelors (preferred)
