FICO & Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

• Verify all supplier invoices for accuracy and valuation (check price vs contract vs Purchase Order)
• Make sure that all invoices have the needed supporting documents (contracts, minutes, POs)
• Supplier and Customer contract management
• Verify Travel and Expense claims
• Prepare and submit for approval payments for due invoices and other 3rd party payments
• Compute and book accruals & provisions

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in business-level English
• Proficient in SAP modules (FI, CO, MM or SRM)
• Experience in invoice processing, POs, GR/IR, cost centers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
