Finance Business Partner (London Area)

Finance Business Partner | Fintech, London based | Salary £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus & equity.nI am currently partnering with a high growth privately owned Fintech who looking to bring an Finance Business Partner to set up their function, this role will report to the CFO. My client is well funded and very profitable. You would have ideally worked in a SaaS/ Fintech previously and you need to be qualified either ACA/ACCA/CIMA.Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;n

Strategic Business partnering with our international Sales & Marketing teams to track and manage pipeline developments and drive strong company growth.n

Working effectively and collaboratively with other international teams, to analyse core KPIs and SaaS metrics and use them to drive company performance.n

Helping build decision-influencing board & leadership decks, succinctly and powerfully summarising the business aims and strategy.n

Support in any future funding rounds and then become the go to person in the future.n

Creating and maintaining Excel models budgeting & forecasting.n

Support & ultimately own key processes around management reporting.n

Working closely with relevant suppliers and sourcing cost-effective new service providers to support the business growth.n

Ad hoc tasks for the C-suite. I am looking for a self-starter, who can operate autonomously, but likewise, enjoys contributing to the team with new ideas or sharing of knowledge, attitude and strong work ethic is key. This will be a very rewarding role and one where there is lots of opportunities to develop and grow with the company.

You will need to have a good understanding of SaaS metrics and be comfortable working with the senior leadership to influence decision making, ideally you have business partner with CEO/COO/CRO previously. With this role being broad and in a growing company you will be happy to roll your sleeves up and support with other tasks when require.
