For this role, you will need to have extensive experience in administrative roles, with knowledge of financial administration and experience working with multiple stakeholders. In this role, you will provide administrative support including arranging meetings and tracking attendance. You will also liaise with stakeholders, maintain online records and document and review internal processes. Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Training and Process Improvement teams, including arranging meetings, tracking attendance, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and consolidate information for communications, projects, and data reporting.
- Maintain online records, monitor shared mailboxes, and run reports to support team activities.
- Ensure timely completion of actions, escalate issues as needed, and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Document and review internal processes regularly, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build effective working relationships across teams, support colleagues as required, and commit to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in daily work.
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel and Outlook in particular, but also Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Extensive experience in administrative roles, with knowledge of financial administration, within large and complex organisations, and working with multiple stakeholders in a professional environment
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work within a collaborative environment to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, users and colleagues as part of wider project team.
