Graduate Product Builder
Want to supercharge your AI skills? Join us as a Graduate Product Builder
Zigbert is an AI-powered platform helping organisations make smarter decisions about salaries, roles, and rewards. Were building powerful tools that sit at the intersection of data, judgment, and AI, and were looking for curious, ambitious graduates to help us shape the future of work.
What youll be working on
Were not just tinkering, were turning AI into real tools people will rely on. Youll help us build and test the smart systems behind Zigbert, including:
- Designing prompt flows that teach the AI how to reason about jobs, skills, and pay
- Creating structured examples and scenarios to improve Zigberts recommendations
- Testing the AIs output against real-world cases (is it smart? is it fair? is it helpful?)
- Building feedback loops and processes to help the AI learn over time
- Working alongside experienced Reward Consultants to encode domain expertise
- Contributing to product ideas, experiments, and the way Zigbert evolves
No two weeks will be the same, but youll always be building, learning, and improving the system.
What kind of grads are we looking for?
Were not expecting AI experts. Were looking for people who are:
- Curious, thoughtful, and self-directed
- Strong at writing, structuring ideas, and thinking logically
- Comfortable experimenting, refining, and explaining how things work
- Excited by the idea of building products, even if youve never done it before
It helps if youve used AI tools before, maybe youve built a Custom GPT, integrated AI into a project, or just hacked together clever workflows with ChatGPT or Claude.
If youve recently finished a degree - or perhaps are studying part-time for a higher qualification - and you love structured problem-solving, wed love to hear from you.
Who are we?
TwentySix are reward specialists based in Brighton. Since 2007, we have supported organisations in making smart decisions about pay and reward, using internal expertise alongside our own database which isone of the largest and most in-depth databases on salary data across the UK. Were now building on that foundation to develop Zigbert, the platform to complement our bespoke work, making our expertise more accessible. Youll be joining us at the critical point of this development, providing a fantastic opportunity to be closely involved in how a business grows and adapts, and insights into business operations.
