Head of Delivery (Marketing Agency)

Meridian Business Support are looking for a Head of Delivery to join a very exciting client who are a creative marketing agency. They work with exciting Tech brands all around the world and are offering a varied position where the right candidate can work on really exciting projects, expand the delivery department and be a part of a period of growth for the business. In this role you will ideally hit the ground running with existing projects, you will lead the team, strategically plan projects and create excellent experiences and products for the clients.

Key responsibilities:Strategic PlanningOversee the production process, develop and implement schedules, implement strategiesto continuously improve outcomes.Team ManagementManage, developand expand the team, performance and training. Operations and ProcessKeep ahead of latest market trends and improve production process and logistics. CollaborationLiaise with all departments in the team to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Budget ManagementManage budgets ensuring the most cost effective solution for both the business, clients and employees. To be successful within this role you will have a solid experience within a marketing agency, a proven track record of successful delivery operations, successfully managed and developed teams and have experience in managing various budgets for projects.
