The Advocate Group are currently supporting a well-established client within the home-appliance space who are on the hunt for a Market Strategy Manager. The business is at an exciting period of transformation and looking for a dynamic, strategic thinker to drive the market strategy and planning for the business - this is a fantastic role where you can truly make an impact on the overall direction of the businesss strategy! You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align business goals with actionable market insights, ensuring seamless execution and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic market plans to drive business growth. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align strategies.

Support the launch of new products and ensure effective positioning in the market. Track and report on strategy performance, making recommendations for improvement. Who

You Are:Proven experience in market strategy and planning, so you could come from category, insights or strategy planning roles, ideally in the home appliance or consumer goods sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
