The B2B Event Support Executive will coordinate and deliver seamless business-facing events and webinars that reflect the firms high standards. From concept to completion, youll work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to turn ideas into high-impact experiences. Role HighlightsThe B2B Event Support Executive will… - Support live and virtual event delivery, ensuring each moment runs like clockwork - Manage logistics from venue booking to speaker briefs and post-event breakdown - Liaise with agencies, venues, and partners to maintain quality and timeliness - Assist with promotional content creation and communications - Provide performance analysis and insights to guide future events

You Will Need- Prior experience delivering B2B events or webinars (agency or in-house) - Proficiency with event platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems - Excellent communication and stakeholder skills - Strong organisational attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities - A degree or marketing qualification (CIM or IDM preferred)Why
