Location:Hybrid - London, 2 days a week

Salary:Up to £45K + 15% bonus

Youll operate as a player-coach - contributing to pipeline development while guiding and mentoring early-career team members as the function grows.n

Youll work closely with Sales leadership and other senior stakeholders to define outbound strategy, refine messaging, and lay the foundation for repeatable success.What Youll Be Doing:Own outbound strategy and execution across a key segment of the marketn

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to align messaging with ICPnSupport, plan, develop, execute, and manage all aspects of marketing activity: field events, customer groups, workshopsn

Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, display, and socialn

Assist with public relations, analyst relations, and content strategyn

Own event logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and campaign execution

What Youll Bring:2+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing - ideally within SaaS or cloud platformsn

Proven success in demand generation and field marketingn

Experience in data integration tools (e.g. Informatica, Alteryx) is a plusn

Familiarity with Snowflake or DatabricksnStrong project management, communication, and organisational skillsn

Ability to manage complex marketing programs and budgetsn

Tools knowledge: Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Suite, Cvent or other event platforms

Creating and closing a strong pipeline of qualified marketing-sourced opportunities. Supporting internal stakeholders and taking ownership. Youll also be a key voice in shaping the GTM and marketing engine from the ground up.
