Marketing Manager

James Steel Productions is hiring a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead campaign strategy and audience development across our in-house commercial productions and general management client portfolio.

This is a senior, hands-on role within a small, fast-paced team. Youll line-manage a Marketing Associate and take ownership of planning, content creation, campaign execution, and audience insight across multiple shows. Youll work across JSP-led productions and third-party client projects, delivering data-led marketing that supports sales and brand profile.

Were seeking someone with 3+ years of theatre or live performance marketing experience, excellent copywriting skills, and a confident grasp of digital tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva). Youll thrive managing competing priorities, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering campaigns that connect with audiences and meet KPIs.
