In this role, you will collaborate with all Vitality sales channels, providing them with detailed network and competitor information to ensure RI panelling aligns with business requirements and objectives. You will develop a comprehensive marketing plan, supported by the distributor, to maximise Vitalitys visibility and profile. As the eyes and ears of the business, you will identify strategic opportunities within these large distributors and create effective business plans designedto enhance Vitalitys production.Key Actions Drive new and incremental API to both VitalityLife and HealthMeet and exceed network market share growth objectivesIncrease the number of Vitality supporters within each distributorMaintain panel position where applicablePresent Vitalitys proposition to national accounts and their member firmsDevise and develop a robust marketing plan to support key goalsManage the key relationships at Network and RI levelWork across and in conjunction with all Vitality sales distributionProvide technical and market intelligence insightto the Vitality sales teamsGrow Vitality awareness and identify sales procedures or policies inhibiting use of our productsWhat do you need to thrive?
