Anson McCade is proud to be working with one of the worlds largest technology services companies, supporting their rapidly growing UK&I Organizational Change Management practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact consulting team delivering change across major technology transformations — from ERP and digital workplace to AI, cloud, and IT managed services.
Were looking for experienced Organizational Change Management professionals who bring deep knowledge of the full change lifecycle, a passion for customer outcomes, and the confidence to lead engagements across sectors.
As an OCM Lead Consultant, you will:-
Lead complex change and adoption programmes across enterprise technology transformation projects

Deliver core OCM activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change impact and leadership support

Work closely with technical teams, architects, and business leaders to align technology with people outcomes

Contribute to pre-sales and business development efforts including proposals, RFP responses and client workshops

Mentor and guide junior consultants and help shape the UK&I OCM practice as it grows

Proven track record delivering change across IT transformation, digital, cloud or managed service programmes

Experience designing and delivering stakeholder analysis, comms strategies, training, change measurement and change leadership programmes

Excellent communication and consulting skills, including the ability to engage at senior stakeholder level

Familiarity with project management and change delivery frameworks (e.g., Prosci, APMG, Agile)

Confidence working in hybrid delivery environments and with cross-functional teams

Experience supporting pre-sales and business development

Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, ServiceNow, or digital learning platforms

Certifications: Prosci, Agile, ITIL, APMG, or similar

Exposure to Agile/DevOps/cloud transformations

A passion for continuous improvement and scaling methodologies
