Job Title: Pharmacy Counter Assistant (Saturdays Only) Location: West Drayton, Hours: Saturdays Only - 9am to 1pm

About the Role: We are looking for a friendly and reliable Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team on Saturdays. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with over-the-counter medicines, healthcare advice, and day-to-day queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and helping them with their needs

• Selling over-the-counter medicines (training provided)

• Providing information on minor health concerns where appropriate

• Referring customers to the Pharmacist when needed

• Managing cash and card transactions accurately

• Keeping the pharmacy counter clean, tidy, and well-stocked

About You:

• A friendly and helpful manner with excellent customer service skills

• Good communication skills and confidence speaking with the public

• Ability to work accurately and follow procedures

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided

• Must be reliable and available to work every Saturday
