Role Overview As Practice Manager, you will: Oversee the daily running of the hospital, ensuring outstanding patient care Lead a multidisciplinary team (admin, clinical, surgical) Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDPR, infection control, and health & safety standards Manage staffing, rotas, inventory, and financial processes Handle patient queries and elevate client experience from consultation to aftercare Support digital marketing efforts, promotions, and social media initiatives Drive operational improvements and contribute to strategic business development

What Were Looking For Essential: Proven experience in a healthcare or aesthetics practice management role NVQ Level 3 or higher in Business Admin, Leadership, or similar Strong understanding of CQC requirements, clinical governance, and patient safety Team leadership and financial management experience Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills Desirable: Experience in private cosmetic surgery or aesthetic medicine Familiarity with clinic software (e.g. Pabau, Semble) CQC or safeguarding certification Experience with luxury customer service and private patient environments
