Programme Delivery Managerto join our high-impact

Instituteteam, leading the operational delivery of our Post Graduate Teacher Apprenticeships. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone with a deep understanding of teacher training, a commitment to educational excellence, and a passion for delivering programmes that truly make a difference.What youll do:n

Lead the day-to-day delivery of our postgraduate teacher training programmes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all contexts.n

Monitor learner progress and provide targeted support through training, interventions, and development plans.n

Collaborate with internal teams (Academic Services, Sales, Marketing, and more) to drive successful programme outcomes.n

Manage and support Pathway Tutors to maintain high-quality programme implementation.n

Contribute to quality assurance, programme development, and compliance with bodies like UEL, DfE, and Ofsted.What youll bring:n

Strong background in teacher training or educational programme delivery, ideally with QTS.n

Experience in managing blended or online educational programmes.nA confident leader and communicator with high emotional intelligence.n
