Recruitment Consultant - NFP/CharityBasic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOEComms: Take home minimum 40% of billings - no thresholdOTE: Y1: £70,000+Our client is a boutique agency that specialise in placing professionals into the NHS, Local Government, Central Government and NFP. They cover Healthcare, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT & Digital on a permanent and interim basis. Founded in 2015, this business is led by Seniors with 15+ years recruitment experience and have been with this company from the start.

They have created a values driven agency alongside an extremely high performing environment with Consultants doubling their billings and beyond in their first year of joining! Performance: Top biller generated £900,000 in 2024 and on track for £1M+ in 2025. Average billings across business £300,000-400,000.

The role:Join an extremely warm and fast paced desk, working directly with a Senior who is an expert in the field

Actively source and qualify candidates, managing the process end to end including clients needs and expectations

Maintain strong relationships in the market and keep up to date with industry news

Work to improve recruitment efficiency
