SAP Supply Chain Assistant Manager

£60,000-£68,000 + Bonus + Package London | Flexible & Hybrid Options Available  

We are working with a leading global advisory firm to help grow their SAP Consulting team. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused SAP Supply Chain role, part of their wider Enterprise Transformation capability.

Youll be joining a highly respected team that delivers SAP-enabled transformation across sectors including FMCG, defence, industrials, and public services.

The Opportunity Were seeking an Assistant Manager with strong experience in SAP Supply Chain, ideally with exposure to SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). Youll lead or support the design and delivery of major S/4HANA programmes - with growing demand for PLM capabilities including product data management, engineering change, and compliance.

This is not a back-office role - youll be directly advising clients, shaping delivery, and helping push innovative SAP solutions forward.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the SAP Supply Chain workstream on S/4HANA projects - especially with a PLM focus

• Collaborate across functions (e.g. procurement, logistics, planning) to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements to go-live

• Present to senior stakeholders and support pre-sales pursuits

• Coach and support junior team members

• BOM management & product data

• Engineering change & version control

• Product compliance

• Integration with asset-heavy/manufacturing ERP processes

Youll Bring:

• 2+ full lifecycle SAP project deliveries

• Functional expertise across SAP SC modules (PLM, EWM, TM, Asset Management, Logistics Execution)

• Strong grasp of how SC processes interact across business areas

• Confident client-facing, team leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Understanding of ESG/Industry 4.0 as it links to Supply Chain

• Integration knowledge with 3rd party tools and digital solutions

The package: 

• Base salary: £60,000-£68,000

• Company bonus 

• Pension
