This is a great opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong technical and fault-finding skills who is confident working independently across a mobile patch.The role involves service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of systems across both commercial and high-end residential sites. Ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and values a supportive, professional team environment.About the roleYoull be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive service work across a range of systems, including split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF setups. The role also includes accurate fault diagnosis, repairs, and the completion of digital reports using the companys tablet-based system.While the position is field-based, youll be supported by a structured and well-run back-office team. Youll also be included in an on-call rota once youve completed a three-month probation period.Key responsibilities

• Service and maintain a range of air conditioning systems (split, multi, VRV/VRF)
• Diagnose and repair system faults quickly and accurately
• Carry out technical assessments and use service checkers effectively
• Complete reports and documentation using a tablet-based system (ATOM)
• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at every site

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in air conditioning service and maintenance
• FGAS Category 1 qualified (essential)
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong understanding of major manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic
• Excellent communication, time management, and fault-finding skills
