Ensuring our flagship buildings are maintained to the highest possible standards—visually, operationally, and experientially

Leading and motivating on-site teams, creating a culture of ownership, pride, and accountability

Driving service excellence, compliance, and top-tier contractor performance across the board

Identifying ways to enhance efficiency and innovate service delivery in a competitive, fast-paced environment

What Were Looking For:Proven experience managing a small, high-quality portfolio—bonus if its within commercial or trophy assets

Exceptional people management skills with a natural ability to lead, coach, and empower teamsA proactive, can-do leader whos comfortable stepping up and making smart decisions

Confident handling budgets and contributing to P&L strategy

Detail-obsessed when it comes to building presentation and operational excellence
